The increased cost of shipping and materials has increased about 15% in the last year has created some hurdles with trying keep my prices down. In order to avoid having to raise prices overall, I decided to add a flat shipping rate per order.

Since there is only a slight difference in cost between ground shipping a single item and multiple items, it is that initial item that bears most of the cost. Because of that, I decided to add a flat shipping rate per order to cover those increased costs which avoids the need to raise retail pricing across the board.

Due to the delicate nature of the artwork, I do offer delayed shipping so that your package is not left outside for extended periods of time.

If you need me to delay your shipment due to being out of town, please notate that in your order or email me with a requested ship date. I will confirm you are ready to receive your order before shipping your items.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. If I am unable to fill the order within that time frame due to travel, I will email you within 24 hours with a projected shipping date.

Items are often shipped UPS ground or USPS first class mail to keep shipping costs down. Due to this, it can take 3-7 days to arrive.

You may also choose the expedited shipping option so your items will be shipped priority mail and arrive within 2-3 days.

Though shipping delays have become less frequent, they do still happen so I cannot guarantee arrival times.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible at melissahedge@mhedgeartstudio.com.

Once your item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

If you have placed a second order before the first ships, I will reach out to see if you would like to combine the order. If so, I will adjust the shipping charges on your order.

I will need photos of the product to assess the damage.

Before you open the package, please take photos of the container. This is to assist with getting reimbursement from the shipping carrier if it was damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me at melissahedge@mhedgeartstudio.com so I can assist you.

Unless it is an original piece that can be repaired, I will not have you return the item, but damaged prints will need to be destroyed before I can ship a replacement. This is to keep the integrity of the print edition.

If this happens, please contact me so I can assist you.

Things happen and because of that, I do replace missing pieces, free of charge, within 90-days of purchase. If it is outside of the 90-day window, I will still attempt to replace the missing piece, but I cannot guarantee I will have one available.

For a replacement piece:

I will need two photos, one close up of the area with the missing piece and another of the puzzle as a whole. This will help me determine which piece is missing and ship it to you promptly.

Due to the nature of the products, returns cannot be accepted.

On some items, yes. Puzzles and ornaments are available at wholesale pricing with low minimums.

I do not offer wholesale pricing on prints. Since they are limited edition prints, I want to protect the value of the prints and original painting for my clients, but I would consider consignment options.

The bulk of my paintings, prints, and gifts are available at the gallery Artwistic Revolution in Columbia, MS.

I also have signed limited edition mini prints available in Old Town Editions in Alexandria, VA.
